Mortality estimates

Mortality estimates

Mortality expressed in % ( nb colonies before winter - after winter * 100 / nb colonies before winter).
CIlow and CIup = 95% Confidence Interval (“CI” based on Quasibinomial GLM).
i.e. these values represent a range of plausible values for the mortality estimates. The estimates tend to be more precise (narrower CI range) when the number of apiaries and colonies used in the computation is larger.
